The all new 2009 Suzuki Gladius The fun, stylish and value-packed Suzuki's Gladius motorcycle that appeals to new riders and others wanting something
reliable to get around town on without looking too plain. The Suzuki Gladius SFV650 is LAMS approved which is great
for new riders as it gives them another choice beyond asthmatic 125cc and 250cc bikes. This Suzuki has a 645cc, fuel-injected,
DOHC, V-Twin engine. The Gladius comes with Suzuki's advanced Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel injection system,
Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Materials (SCEM) cylinder coating and automatic Idle Speed Control (ISC) and other technology
that Suzuki has developed over its years in racing. The Gladius comes with spring-preload adjustable front and rear
suspension which is great for absorbing the potholes and urban surprises that tend to appear whilst riding. The coloured
steel trellis frame gets it's inspiration from European counterparts and it gives the Gladius an air of fun rather than
'workhorse'. A stainless steel muffler cover, five-spoke aluminium-alloy wheels, a 14.5-litre fuel tank and a distinctive
multi-reflector headlight allow for the European feel to be continued. Suzuki offer a (LAMS) approved version
of the Gladius. These 2009 Suzuki Gladius SFV650 and the LAMS-approved Suzuki Gladius are now available for RRP of $10,490
plus ORC, backed by a two-year Suzuki unlimited kilometre warranty.
