Whilst riders are preparing for round 2 at the Polini Grand Prix of Japan, Rizla Suzuki have still found the time to indulge in some philanthropic activity to support a worthwhile cause. The Suzuki MotoGP team have put a selection of exclusive memorabilia up for sale as part of the Suzuki Victorian Bushfire Charity Auction, which has been set up to help victims of the terrible fires.

Three ‘Rizla Suzuki MotoGP experiences’ are being offered,winners will be able to spend time with riders Loris Capirossi and Chris Vermeulen. Suzuki's Australian star Chris Vermeulen will also be donating a pair of signed leathers that he has used during preseason testing for the auction, whilst Suzuki Germany have donated a fairing panel from a GSX-R1000 MotoGP replica signed by both Riders

Chris Vermeulen said "It was such an awful event that the least I can do is to put my support behind Suzuki Australia's auction to raise money for the Bushfire Appeal".

The slick street models are now available in the KTM Orange Harvest sale making supermoto and street riding all the more affordable.

On sale the 2007 model 950 Supermoto has been reduced in price by $3,500  and now is retailing at $14,995 plus ORC, until 31 April. The 2007 model 690 Supermoto has also been reduced in price by $2000 and now is retailing at $11,995 plus ORC, and the 2008 model 690 Supermoto has been reduced by $1000 and now is available at retail for $12,995, plus ORC. The 690 deals are extended until June 30 2009.

Even the top end street models have been included in the sales promotion with the 07/08 model 990 Super Duke reduced in price by $1500 to now retail at $18,495 plus ORC, and the 08 model 1190 RC8 reduced in price by $3000 to now retail at $23,995 plus ORC. These street model deals also have been extended until June 30 2009.
